Q: How often should I service my shocks?

A: We recommend a visual inspection of all of your shocks before every ride and a full service every 1500 miles

Q: How do I know if my shock is right for my application?

A: Our shocks are setup for specific applications and ready to bolt on to your machine. Please check our fitment guide for your exact application.

Q: Where should I set my clicker adjustments after install?

A: Our shocks have 5 levels of adjsutment. We would recommend setting the adjustment at 3 out of 5 at the middle setting.

Q: Where should I set my preload?

A: There is a threaded nut on the bottom of the sping that you can thread up and down the body. To start you will want to be at zero preload. To do so you will twist the collar to the top of your shock tube until there is still slight tension on the spring. We recommend adding 4-6 revolutions to the start. Test and adjust where needed.

Q: How do I install my len shocks?

A: Installation of Len shocks are the same as OEM. Please follow your service manual for install and safety instructions. See video for install instructions.
